Athena Films is an Emmy winning production company based in New York City. We build brand based TV shows and social media series, developed, produced and finished in house by one standing team.
The award is the shorthand
A Regional Emmy tells you a room of working professionals watched the finished thing and rated it. It does not tell you how the work gets made, which is the part that decides whether your project lands.
What it does guarantee is a standard. We do not have a house style that gets applied to everything; we have a threshold that nothing ships below.

What does working with an award winning studio actually get you?
Judgement. Awards are a byproduct of decisions made under pressure: what to shoot, what to cut, when a scene is finished. That judgement is what a brand is really buying.
Are you a production company or an agency?
A production company that develops its own formats. We do the thinking an agency would do and the making a production company would do, with one team across both.
What size of project do you take?
From a single flagship film to a returning season. What matters more than budget is whether there is a real format underneath it.
Where do you shoot?
Based in New York City and used to travelling. Location work is the norm rather than the exception.
