About the studio

Athena Films is an Emmy winning production studio based in New York City. We develop, produce and finish brand based TV shows and social media shows entirely in house, from first treatment to delivered master.

The studio was founded on a simple idea: the people who pitch a show should be the people who shoot it and cut it. That is why we keep one standing team, in one room, for every project. Nothing gets handed off at the finish line.

We work on the ground. Cool local experiences, real places, real people. Time on location beats a bigger call sheet every time. The result is work that travels, built for how people actually watch, whether that is an hour long pilot or ninety seconds for the feed.

A Regional Emmy, over seventy delivered films, and a crew that has filmed in fourteen countries. Everything finished in house: edit, colour, sound design and mix, delivered vertical, square or wide to spec.
